Festivals
Spring fest, summer fest, street fairs, and arts & crafts events. From April through October in the Shenandoah Valley region, you’ll find the Happy Henna Guy tent as the calm island in a hectic sea of music, food and vendors. Our tent is designed with peaceful Pacific Island vibes in mind to create a relaxed atmosphere that our happy henna friends want to come back to again and again.

Private Appointments
This is it. 1-on-1 in a safe public space, you get the design you want, customized and drawn on your schedule, not waiting in line at a fest. Need something special for prom? Graduation? Vacation? This is the best way to do it. Plan ahead and be the belle of the ball. Or the beach. We’re not judging. :-)
$100/hr, (1/2 minimum)

Weddings and Parties
Weddings, corporate events, bachelorette, birthdays, anniversaries, and just because. Surprise your family, friends and coworkers by having the Happy Henna Guy provide art and memories that last for weeks, not days.
Everyone asks “is the hourly rate worth it?” Short answer: Yes, of course! Long answer: At a fest, our artist can draw about 7-10 medium/large designs per hour, our $18-23 range (about $180 worth of henna per hour at a busy festival). At a party he can do the same, but you’re paying hourly, not by the design. You sit, he draws, and typically has time to make standard designs custom to your tastes or entirely custom pieces, it’s up to you!
